Chloe Clappison - Clinic Manager

Chloe joined The Parks in July 2020 as Lead Dental Nurse and has since progressed to Clinic Manager, reflecting her dedication, leadership, and commitment to patient care.

With over 13 years of experience in dentistry, she began her career as a Dental Nurse before moving into senior roles within private practice. Her background in clinical governance, compliance, patient care, and team development helps maintain the high standards The Parks is known for.

As Clinic Manager, Chloe oversees the day-to-day running of the practice, working closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment for both patients and staff and driving continuous improvement across the practice.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with her young son and family, going on holidays, and her favourite drink is a strawberry matcha.
